Simple Greek Salad

With the Summer sun shining, all we can think about is fresh, crisp, crunchy, colourful salads! 

Tonight we threw together this simple Greek salad and it only took minutes but it was SO delish! 

SIMPLE GREEK SALAD -Serves 4-6

- 3 tomatoes chopped
- 1 whole cucumber chopped into bite size cubes
- 2.5  peppers (1 yellow, 1 orange, 1/2 red) chopped into bite size chunks
- 1 can whole olives
- 2 tbls diced red onion
- 1 tbls organic olive oil
- 2 tbls balsamic vinegar
- 200g feta cheese
- 2 tsp fresh chopped oregano leaves
- himilayan pink salt to taste

Mix all together. Serve and enjoy!
