Jeff and I have been addicted to curry for as long as we can remember. Anything that has coconut milk and spices in it makes us happy! People are always requesting that we share healthy curry dishes with them if there is such a thing. I'm here to tell you that YES, you CAN still enjoy curry inspired dishes and be healthy!
Let's face it everybody loves bacon! Now I don't eat bacon that often. It's very high in salt and fat. But boy is it good! So once in a while I like to treat myself on Sunday mornings when I make Brunch.
