No Bake SUPERBALLS
My kids go crazy for these right now and they are SO fast and simple to make!
INGREDIENTS:
-1/2 cup uncooked rolled oats ( I use organic)
-1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
-1/4 cup dried unsweetened cranberries
-1/4 cup chocolate chips
-1/4 cup chocolate shakeology (or your fave organic, protein powder with no artificial sweeteners)
-2 tbls chia seeds
-1/2 + 1 tbls cup nutbutter ( we usually use organic almond butter)
- 1 tsp real vanilla
- 1 tbls unsulphered blackstrap molasses
- 1/4 cup uncooked quinoa
- 1 tbls unsweetened coconut
Mix together all dry ingredients. Then mix in vanilla, molasses, and nut butter and mix well. Roll into balls and refrigerate for 15 min. then BOOM, done!
You can throw these in a ziplock baggie & take em' in your purse for snacks! So tasty! :)
